1. Orders and Payments

• All orders are subject to product availability. In case of stockout, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange a refund or exchange.

• This website supports various payment methods (e.g., credit card, PayMe, FPS, etc.). All transactions are settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Orders will be confirmed and shipped only after full payment is received.

2. Shipping Policy

• Once an order is confirmed, we usually ship within 1-3 business days.

• If delivery fails due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer or no one is available to receive the package, the customer shall bear the relevant additional shipping costs.

3. Return and Exchange Policy

• For food safety and hygiene reasons, all nutritional supplements (including opened or damaged packaging) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once sold, except in cases of quality issues.

• If you discover any quality issues or incorrect items, please contact our customer service department with photos within 7 days of receipt. We will follow up with you as soon as possible.

4. Privacy Policy

• We respect your privacy. The personal information you provide will only be used for order processing, shipping, and customer service. We will never transfer your data to third parties for other commercial purposes without your consent.
